We all want to be stiff now and then in any matter.
What happens next is certainly not in our hands, but what we can do next is definitely in our hands.
Stiff means being firm and not easily getting distracted by other things in action. Or let’s say they don’t matter and do whatever you are doing. It is certain that some things are there only to distract, which is the case where being stiff really matters. Or else
That is what stiff is about which you have to have for yourself. And also let it happen by itself for what happens is for the reason you believe in happening. As mentioned in the previous post about the process and how it goes on.
It can be rather applied to your surrounding that you are hanging around in, such as a playground or a classroom.
For example, a captain or team leader controls the whole team while playing, and a professor controls the whole class while giving a lecture.
In both examples, the team leader of the team or professor in the class is doing a double job.
The second job is going unnoticed, which is controlling. That is an extra work done by the person who is leading whatever he is leading.
Because others play the game and the person who is leading the game along with playing the game also plans it.
And for planning, it takes little more mental effort along with physical effort.
Previous posts about stable discuss being mentally and physically stable.
For keeping effort mentally being stiff is important.
Being stiff is nothing but implementing the plan which was made without being disturbed as long as the game is being played.
The word ‘stiff’ is derived from an old English word ‘stif’
